<p>As the sales manager for the company&#8217;s environmental branding market, you&#8217;ll be responsible for the development of sales revenue for this business area. Working from a database of existing client accounts, as well as researching and developing new business opportunities, you&#8217;ll champion the company’s services within target markets. Through sales and marketing activity you&#8217;ll be selling large format print, signage, wayfinding and other decorative and or branding solutions, for a variety of applications, within the following areas: Workplace / Office branding, Events, Stadia, Public Realm and Heritage, Leisure etc.</p>

Process and efficiency improvements are always welcome. However the role is to add an experienced sign production manager, who can manage the increased production work flow and help develop their continued growth strategy. Duties include:</p>

<li>Management of the Installations Team – 6 in house crews.</li>
<li>Management of Sub-Contractors.</li>

You’ll posses’ architectural specification sales experience, and a demonstrable track record of success selling to the contract market. Whilst the product or service sold to isn’t critical, consultative, solutions based sales of a technical or bespoke product would be beneficial.</p>
<p>You’ll be able to demonstrate high personal performance standards, possess a results oriented working style, the desire and ability to continuously learn.</p>
<p>Additionally you’ll be up to date with industry trends, able to articulate them, and their potential, clearly and confidently. An appreciation of design and the ability to communicate effectively with creative designers is also required.</p>
<p>As the Sales and Marketing Director you’ll need to be a strategist. Of equal importance you’ll be a leader. Able to steer the sales function in the most profitable and robust direction. Not only capable of devising and driving the sales and marketing strategy, you’ll also implement the agreed vision, mission and long term goals of the business.</p>

<p>This Revit Design job is with a well established brand implementation consultancy, with offices in London and the UAE. Specialising in branding the built environment they work with leading brands and in collaboration with architects, designers and branding agencies.  In this Revit Design / AutoCAD design job you&#8217;ll be responsible for the creation of Revit &amp; AutoCAD content and acting as the Building Information Modelling (BIM) champion for the consultancy.</p>

<p>A brand implementation consultancy that work direct with leading brands, and in partnership with architects, creative design and branding agencies, translating brand identities and implementing them into the built environment. Taking conceptual designs and turning them in to practical solutions, through Production Design, Value Engineering, advising on Materials, Finishes and Specification. They then select and manage the supply chain partners, for signage, wayfinding and internal and external branding schemes, overseeing the complete project implementation.</p>

<h2>Revit Designer jobs responsibilities, include:</h2>
<p>Playing a key role within the design studio, in this AutoCAD / Revit Design job you&#8217;ll be responsible for championing The Revit Design and Building Information Modelling (BIM) aspects of the consultancy, creating Revit &amp; AutoCAD content for signage, wayfinding and branding design projects. Responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>2D and 3D sign family creation, placement within model and content scheduling.</li>
<li>3D model quantity data extraction and verification.</li>
<li>Adhering to client’s BIM execution plans, project workflow criteria and content standards and procedures.</li>
<li>Assisting in content, family and detail library development as well as template file management.</li>
<li>Drawing, importing and placement of elements within the model, together with clash detection and resolution.</li>
<li>Model synchronisation and non-geometric information exchange.</li>
<li>Print drawing sets and participate in team reviews.</li>
<li>Produce signage technical intent drawings in AutoCAD.</li>
<li>Annotate plans, with location and orientation of signs, and prepare supporting message schedules in Excel.</li>
<li>Export DWG, DXF, DWF and other formats for collaboration internally and externally.</li>
<li>Work to high standards of quality and information accuracy.</li>
<li>Prepare deliverables for hand-over to internal teams, clients and suppliers.</li>

<p><strong>Software:</strong></p>

<li>Competent in use of the latest versions of Autodesk Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).</li>
<li>Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).</li>
<li>Navisworks, Dynamo, SolidWorks, Sketch-Up and Cinema 4D experience is an advantage.</li>
</ul>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or equivalent.</li>
<li>5+ years of relevant industry experience.</li>
</ul>
