About our Accounts & Administration Assistant job

Based in our Head Office, our Accounts and Administration Assistant jobs in Southampton.

Working part time, between the hours of 9.00 am to 2.00 pm, initially in our Account and Admin Assistants job your duties will include:

• General Office Administration jobs. e.g. Answering calls, data entry, filling, etc
• Purchase Ledger: Matching Invoices with Purchase Order Numbers
• Sending monthly customer statements, remittance & credit control
• Reviewing & updating customer & supplier databases
• Checking timesheets
• Ordering stationary, uniforms

Additional responsibilities in the future could include:

• Payroll
• Expenses / Credit Cards
• Invoicing

About you

To be considered for our Accounts and Admin Assistants job in Southampton you will need:

• To be willing & able to work from our head office in Southampton
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word & Excel
• To be professional, reliable, honest & trustworthy
• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Sage experience & an understanding of Accounts is desirable, but training can be provided

Salary package

• Starting salary: c.£11.25 per hour
• Performance related Annual Bonus scheme
• Pension (subject to the Governments Criteria)
• 20 days Holiday + Stats, rising to 23 days after 3, & 25 days after 5, years (based on working Mon – Fri)

It is also essential that you have technical experience from a related industry. This is required in order for you to be capable of holding initial conversations during incoming client enquiries that may be required on occasion.

Relevant practical experience could include, for example, retail design, interior architecture, technical sales, specification, project management, production or installation of metal fabrication, cladding, suspended ceilings, partition walling, lighting, signage or interior fitout.

The client company

We’re recruiting a freelance designer, or temporary part time designer, for a signage and retail display specialist. This 3D design jobs due to our client winning a new major contract with a leading sport / fashion brand. As a result the company now need to recruit a mid to senior 3D designer, to produce client visuals for a shop in shop, retail display and signage roll out.

About this freelance 3D design job

This freelance 3D designers job is available immediately and you can work remotely from home / your own studio.

The project has recently started and producing 3D visuals is now required. In addition there is plenty more work to come. At the moment, the available work would be part time, and could be fitted around your other freelance commitments. However as the contract gathers pace it is likely more hours will be available. At this stage we have limited details but further information will be provided by our client in terms of hours required and details about their client and the scope of project.

3D visualizer job responsibilities

As the freelance 3D visualizer you’ll be responsible for working closely with our clients inhouse team. Your role will include converting working drawings / manufacturing drawings into 3D visuals, and animations to present to the brand client.

You

To be considered for this 3D design job you will have proven experience as a mid to senior level designer. Our client has SolidWorks licences that you could use, but if you prefer other software you will need your own licence.

You will also need the following:

• Signage, retail display, retail design and / or retail design experience
• Ability to produce high quality 3d visuals
• Be flexible and able to work at pace to meet the demands of retail design
• Proven portfolio of relevant design work
• Ability to invoice and receive payments direct from our client

What’s in it for you

• Rates are negotiable dependent on your quality of visuals. As a guide c.£250 – £400 day rate / c£30 – £50 an hour
