<p>Based in our Head Office, our Accounts and Administration Assistant jobs in Southampton.</p>
<p>Working part time, between the hours of 9.00 am to 2.00 pm, initially in our Account and Admin Assistants job your duties will include:</p>

<li>General Office Administration jobs. e.g. Answering calls, data entry, filling, etc</li>
<li>Purchase Ledger: Matching Invoices with Purchase Order Numbers</li>
<li>Sending monthly customer statements, remittance &amp; credit control</li>
<li>Reviewing &amp; updating customer &amp; supplier databases</li>
<li>Checking timesheets</li>
<li>Ordering stationary, uniforms</li>
</ul>
